Our fitness community continues to go from strength to strength and our class timetable and personal training offers great flexibility for both our onsite group training and our online personal training members. Our training schedule ranges from strength training, functional training, HYROX focused style classes, spinning, boxing fitness, TRX, kettlebells and private mom and baby fitness. We are located at Northern Cross, Dublin.
